With orders over $1000, there is a slightly higher risk of Canada Customs holding onto your package for a few days, so your delivery time might not be prompt as wished.

We apologize but because we are drop-shipping and not handling product, we cannot offer a refund after product has been shipped.
We do our very best to stay updated with out-of-stock items but if for some odd reason an item you ordered is actually out-of-stock, you will be contacted and asked to choose a replacement, postpone your shipment or that particular product will be refunded to you.
